Troy Shepard, Co-founder of Shepard Construction Solutions, has been a fixture in the construction industry for over 30 years. He began his career as a laborer and worked his way up through the ranks, acquiring a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. Today, he oversees all aspects of the business and is known for his keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence. 

Devin Shepard, Troy's son and Co-founder, joined the family business and with his fresh perspective and innovative ideas, Devin has helped to drive the company forward and deliver exceptional results for clients. He is passionate about using the latest technology and construction methods to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of the work performed.
